How do I Signup?	[top]
To become an affiliate or merchant, please visit our signup page. Your application will be reviewed by our account manager. Once your application has been accepted, you will receive a notification email from us with your login details.


I signed up, but never received my notification email.	[top]
If you did not receive the notification email, it may be because your email account is blocking our messages. If you do not find our message in a spam filter, please contact us.


How long does it take to be accepted?	[top]
We will respond to you within 24-48 hours. MarketBay reserves the right to refuse applications at its discretion.


Is it free to join?	[top]
Since you're here to make money, not spend it, joining is absolutely free!


I signed up - now what do I do?	[top]
You may act as an affiliate to promote products and earn up to 75% commissions or you can use your account to become a merchant and sell your own products!


Do you accept email marketing campaigns?	[top]
YES - however we have do not tolerate spamming.


Where can I see how much I've earned?	[top]
Once an approved member, you will be able to access a reporting interface to check your current statistics at any time.


When I earn a commission, how soon will it be reflected in my account?	[top]
Your reports are updated every 5-10 minutes from the database.


Can merchants cheat affiliates by pretending that a sale was returned?	[top]
No. Unlike other affiliate programs, we handle both the sales and the payout of commissions. Any payment paid to affiliate is paid by MarketBay on behalf of the merchant.


What are the transaction fees?	[top]
Livetvweb.NET applies a 7.5% on each transaction, plus a $1 charge per transaction.


How are paychecks calculated?	[top]
You can see the amount owed to you in the statistics section of Livetvweb.NET statistics report. The earnings are calculated as follows: ( ( ( commission – ( Refunds + Chargebacks ) ) – Reserve ) + Allowance ) – Fees (including chargeback fees and payment management fees)


When do I get paid?	[top]
Payments will be made on a bi-weekly schedule: from the 1st to the 15th of each month and from the 16th to the end of each month. Payments are sent within 5 business days at the end of the next Payment Period. All payments will be made in US Dollars.


Is there a minimum I have to earn before I can get paid?	[top]
Payments are sent if minimum payout is reached. If not reached, the monies are carried over until minimum payout is reached. The minimum payout is determined by which form of payment you select. The minimum payout per method of payment are: Wire Transfer: $100.00 PayPal: $100.00


What payment methods can I choose from?	[top]

I forgot my user ID and password!	[top]
No problem. Send us an email and we will send you your login details. Your new password will be generated for you.


Can I modify my account details?	[top]
No problem. Please contact us via email to modify your account details.


What is the maximum retail price limit?	[top]
Merchants can set the retail price in their accounts to any amount between $3 and $100.


Who determines how much an affiliate gets paid?	[top]
Merchants can set the affiliate commission in their accounts to any percentage between 15% and 75%.

Why is my country not listed on the Signup Form?	[top]
Some countries require extra processing.
